VS Principal Investments AG (Chamerstrasse 174, 6300 Zug, Switzerland) is the controller and operator of the website www.vspinvest.com (the «Website») and is responsible for collecting, processing and using your personal data in compliance with the applicable data protection laws and regulations. This Privacy Notice outlines the principles of data collection and processing for the Website and is an integral part of the Website terms of service. Please note that the Cookies page is part of this Privacy Notice.

In this Privacy Notice VS Principal Investments AG will be referred to as “VSP”, “we”, and the associated pronouns. You, as well as the other users of the Services, are referred to as “Users”, “you” and associated pronouns. “Services” means any service provided by VSP to Users, including the Website, as well its investment services.

In this Privacy Notice, we inform you about what personal data we collect from you and for what purposes we use it.   1. Data collection

When you visit the Website, the browser on your device automatically sends information to the server(s) on which the Website runs. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file.

 

The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:

  • name and URL of the retrieved file,
