VS Principal Investments AG (Chamerstrasse 174, 6300 Zug, Switzerland) is the controller and operator of the website www.vspinvest.com (the «Website») and is responsible for collecting, processing and using your personal data in compliance with the applicable data protection laws and regulations. This Privacy Notice outlines the principles of data collection and processing for the Website and is an integral part of the Website terms of service. In this Privacy Notice VS Principal Investments AG will be referred to as “VSP”, “we”, and the associated pronouns. You, as well as the other users of the Services, are referred to as “Users”, “you” and associated pronouns. “Services” means any service provided by VSP to Users, including the Website, as well its investment services.
