Experience

Shih-Chen Huang is a CAIA-qualified strategic relationship lead with over a
decade of experience bridging Asian and European private markets.

Shih-Chen began her career in institutional business development at Gartmore, Alliance Global Investors, and Aberdeen Standard Investments, supporting mandates across Europe and APAC, including contributing to a $1bn private equity JV mandate with a Chinese sovereign wealth fund and the successful placement of a private equity strategy with a Taiwanese family office.
As Head of Investor Relations at Orpheus Partners, she managed the full investor engagement process for large family offices and wealth management firms across the UK, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, overseeing pitch materials, DDQs, investor communications, and corporate governance matters.
Most recently, she has focused on originating and advising on direct pre-IPO, late-stage growth, and venture capital opportunities.
Her bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin, combined with her CAIA qualification, positions her well to navigate relationship-driven Asian markets.
